Best time to do Yoga for hair growth and Pranayama

According to Yogic Science day is divided into four parts-
1-Brahma Muhurta
2-Sunrise
3-Noon
4-Sunset

So Brahma muhurta is the time in the morning before sunrise, it is the best time for Yoga to elevate your spiritual being.
For physical well-being sunrise and sunset time is best.

Avoid Yoga during Noon time because it is meant for eating and it is not recommended to do Yoga just after eating.

So the very best time to do Yoga for hair growth is in the Morning.
Do Yoga as the first thing in the morning before breakfast. After waking, empty the bowels, take a bath if you need, then start the day with your routine of yoga
The second time is early evening, around sunset.

Can Yoga regrow hair or stops hair fall

The answer depends upon situations. Basically, we all know the main purpose of yoga for hair growth is
1-Reduce stress hormone which damages hair follicles.
2- Increasing blood circulation in the scalp so that hair follicles can take essential nutrients.

Point is that if you lack important nutrients like Vitamins, minerals, protein, an increase in blood circulation will do nothing good.
Regrowing hair is a stepwise process working on a particular step and ignoring others will not work.

If you are nutrient deficient work on your diet, take a balanced diet full of important macronutrients and micronutrients.
If you have any hormonal imbalance like thyroid problem take proper medication.
Basic point is to work on every step and you will see the combined effect surely.

By doing Yoga not only your hair health elevate but it will also boost your physical and mental health.
But the most important thing is consistency, do yoga every day.

NUTRITION FOR HAIR GROWTH

We all know what is important for our hair and scalp health.
We must take care of both Macro and Micronutrients.
Vitamins and minerals play an essential role in the hair growth cycle.
When we talk about hair growth the overly popular vitamin is Vitamin B7 aka Biotin.
But the truth is Biotin deficiency is very rare, so for most people who are not deficient in Biotin, taking supplements is just a waste of money because it is a water-soluble vitamin body cannot store it above the daily requirement.

We must focus on  Vitamin D. Most people suffer from Vitamin D deficiency due to their hectic lifestyle mostly indoor work, not getting enough sunlight.

What is the role of Vitamin D for hair growth?

Vitamin D play important role in the hair growth cycle.

It helps in the initiation of the Anagen phase means the hair growth phase.
In research, it has shown that if you are vitamin D deficient it will disturb your hair growth cycle and new hair growth will be slowed or stunted.

Vitamin D deficiency can also lead to alopecia.

So get checked your Vitamin D levels and all essential vitamins & minerals, get enough sunlight and eat a balanced diet.
It is difficult to get enough Vitamin D and other vitamins & minerals from food for some people, so they can take supplements.

A Nutrition Supplement company I recommend to you all is BRIYO SUPPLEMENTS.

Their products contain no synthetic ingredients, have zero preservatives, are Gluten-Free and NON-GMO.

BRIYO ORTHOMAX-
CALCIUM, VITAMIN D3+ K2

NATURE'S TATTVA VITAMIN E OIL

If your scalp is dry and itchy this could be due to Vitamin E deficiency.

Vitamin E increase blood circulation in the scalp so that hair follicles get enough essential nutrient and oxygen for their growth.
In a 2001 research study, it is shown Vitamin E  increases blood circulation in mice which leads to an increase in hair growth and hair follicle size.

The most important role of Vitamin E for hair growth is that it prevents hair follicles from oxidative stress.
Due to these properties, it is used in dermatology since the 1950s.

You must buy Vitamin E oil if you want a healthier scalp and hair.

Essential oils

As I have discussed many times how powerful essential oils are for hair growth.
You can easily add to your hair care routine.
Take few drops of essential oil in carrier oil and massage on your scalp.
But the most important point is the quality of essential oils.
Natures Tattva provides you 100% pure essential oil is Therapeutic grade and made from steam distillation method, NON-GMO, and 100% natural.
I will recommend you two essential oils-

Conclusion

Stopping hair loss, and hair regrowth is a stepwise process, instead of focusing on only one thing you must take care of all these- Doing yoga every day, taking good care of your nutrition, choosing the right hair products, and be happy to avoid stress in your life, this is the most difficult thing to do.
If you are not suffering from hair loss, as it is said precaution is better than cure, take good care of your hair and scalp.
If you suffering from excessive hair loss your first step is to consult your Dermatologist.
