First of all, aging is a natural process and it is inevitable, we cannot stop it but slow down its rate.
Aging is a process of accumulation of damaged and unrepaired body constituents at the cellular or molecular level.

Talking particularly about the face, our body unable to clear up or regenerate the upper layer at the normal rate as we age.

1-REDUCE SIMPLE SUGAR IN YOUR DIET
As I have told you that GLYCATION is one of the causes of aging.
From the dietary point of view, we know that all the carbs get converted into sugar.
But the point is what are your choices, to eat simple white sugar-containing products, high fructose corn syrups which studies have shown to increase the rate of glycation by 10 times compared to the brown rice, whole grain bread, etc, which increases your glucose level slowly and effectively.
2-AVOID STRESS
Stress increases oxidative stress which is harmful to our skin's health.
You can perform yoga or any physical exercise to boost your mood.
3- MAINTAIN YOUR SCREEN TIME
This causes immense stress on your eyes which can lead to dark circles and puffiness around your eyes.
