Proven methods to stimulate hair growth

Conventional methods

There are many problems in conventional methods to treat hair loss; the most common is that they are short term solution to a long term problem. The most common methods are

1.Tropical solutions-such as Rogaine, minoxidil

2.Oral drug-Propecia and dutasteride

3.Hair transplant

The problem with conventional methods-

There is no doubt that user don’t get benefit by using these methods  but these methods only cover up the problems not work on the root cause of problems.

This also goes with the hair transplant surgery, after all, you are not working on the cause of hair loss you are covering or hiding your problem.

So instead of using these methods I will recommend you to work on these methods below because there are many researches based on these methods, at the end of this post I will attach the links of some research papers.

  • MESOTHERAPY-USE OF DERMA ROLLER

As we know, to first build muscles we have to tear them by loading them, working out in gym.

In mesotherapy we use derma roller to create mechanical stimulation so that skin get slightly wound and start creating new cells. In the scalp this causes the production of collagen and elastin, increasing circulation and improving the elasticity which can help to grow more hair.

There is a clinical study proven to cause hair growth by using dermaroller-

12 weeks of time is given to 2 groups, group A use minoxidil alone and group B use dermaroller with minoxidil.

Group A alone with minoxidil hair count went up by 17, whereas Group B with dermaroller and minoxidil hair count went up by 91 points.

Blood circulation is important for hair follicles if blood stop reaching there they will die out. Blood circulation is necessary because due to this hair follicles receive all of the oxygen, nutrient and minerals they required.

You can increase blood circulation by massaging or doing exercises. As there are many YOGA POSES that you can perform to increase your blood circulation in scalp.

You can buy a rubber massager use it for twice a week and for enhancing its effect use oil also.
